How We Work

A defined sequence, with a defined output at every stage

Every order moves through the same five stages. Each one ends in something written down — a specification, a proforma invoice, a booking, a document set.

STAGE 01

Sourcing

We take your specification — product, grade, pack, origin, certification and destination — and identify manufacturers and approved suppliers able to meet it. Where a requirement is open, we propose options with the trade-offs stated.

OUTPUT: AGREED SPECIFICATION & SUPPLIER SHORTLIST

STAGE 02

Procurement

Price, minimum order quantity, lead time, packing and payment terms are negotiated and confirmed. Samples or pre-shipment inspection are arranged where the order warrants them.

OUTPUT: PROFORMA INVOICE

STAGE 03

International Trade

Goods are consolidated and shipped under the agreed Incoterm. Export clearance, transport booking and the commercial document set are prepared to suit the destination's import requirements.

OUTPUT: BOOKING & EXPORT DOCUMENT SET

STAGE 04

Wholesale Supply

Supply is made in commercial volumes — a full container, an LCL consolidation, or a scheduled quantity released against a contract over an agreed period.

OUTPUT: SHIPPED CONSIGNMENT

STAGE 05

Business Customers

The buyer receives the consignment with the complete document set for customs clearance. Repeat and contract buyers move straight back to stage two on the next order.

OUTPUT: DELIVERED SUPPLY & DOCUMENTS

Commercial framework

Terms we trade on

Commercial terms are agreed per order and confirmed in writing before any goods are committed. Nothing below is a standing offer.

Incoterms
EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF (Incoterms® 2020), agreed per shipment.
Payment
Bank transfer (T/T) or documentary letter of credit, per order.
Quantities
Minimum order quantity set per product line at quotation.
Lead time
Confirmed on the proforma invoice; depends on origin and production schedule.
Inspection
Third-party pre-shipment inspection available on request.
Currency
USD, EUR or GBP as agreed.
What we need to quote accurately: the product and specification, destination country and port, estimated quantity per line, preferred Incoterm, and any certification or labelling the destination market requires. The enquiry form asks for exactly this.
